Get Through the Tough Times
@ Your Library

Here are 5 ways Kewanee Public Library can help you get through this economic crisis:

  • Don't buy a CD, DVD or book without "test-driving" it first.  Come to the library and borrow it to see if it's a purchase that's right for you.  Our in-house collections total more than 75,000 items.  If we don't have it, most likely we can borrow it from another library for you!

  • FREE HIGH SPEED INTERNET AND WIRELESS ACCESS

  • Free activities for kids:  the library offers many fun activities for kids of all ages.

  • Find a new job, a better job, or a different job.  The library has computers with resume software, books, and newspapers for you to find employment, build resumes and cover letters.

  • Libraries are places where communities come together.  Stop in and take a moment to take in the action; or just sit awhile in our reading room and enjoy a good book, magazine, or newspaper.  We're always looking for ways to better serve you @ your library!
