SUMMER READING CALENDAR
June                  July

Open to all Preschool to 8^th Grade students.
(Separate programs for older teens and adults are also available)

• Registration begins May 26^th.

• Starts on June 8 and runs through July 18^th.

• Students will receive a log book and calendar of events upon sign-up.

• During this program, children read for pleasure to earn prizes.

• Students earn prizes by completing their reading log.  

• Those who finish the log by July18^th  (the last day of the program) will automatically be entered in a drawing to win larger prizes!  

• Program finishers will receive a medal and a completion certificate as well as a Happy Joe's certificate.

• Look for special guests at the Library:  Magician Rob Erdmann, Storyteller Sandi Sylver, and the Snakeman.

• Special workshops:  T-shirt Dyeing and Hemp Jewelry Making

• Grossology - gross stories, songs and crafts.  Includes gross food such as cat litter cake and pea punch!

• Students are not required to come to programs to earn prizes.
